Project Overview
Scrap-It! completed a full estate cleanout for a 34th-floor unit inside a luxury Hell's Kitchen high-rise overlooking the Hudson River. The scope included removal of designer furniture, curated artwork, electronics, and over 60 bags of household items. More than 70% of materials were donated to local nonprofits or recycled — keeping the client's environmental footprint minimal from start to finish.
