You Approve, We Work

What Affects the Final Price?
- Volume — how much of the truck your items fill
- Material type — construction debris is heavier and priced higher
- Access — long carry distances or elevator buildings add time
- Special items — appliances, mattresses, electronics
- Volume discounts available for large commercial jobs
No hidden fees — ever.
The price we quote is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, disposal fees, or last-minute additions.
Pricing FAQ
How is junk removal priced?
Scrap-It! prices by volume — how much of our truck your items fill. We assess on-site and give you a firm price based on quarter-truck increments before any work begins. You only pay for the space you use.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we quote on-site is the price you pay. There are no fuel surcharges, labor fees, or disposal fees added after the fact.
Why is construction debris priced higher than residential junk?
Construction debris — drywall, concrete, tile, lumber — is significantly heavier per cubic foot than household items. The higher pricing reflects increased disposal costs and the additional weight capacity required.
Do you charge more for stairs or upper floors?
We do not charge extra for standard staircase removal in residential settings. Multi-floor high-rise removals may include additional coordination time, but we discuss any special circumstances before giving a quote.
Can I get a price estimate before you arrive?
We can give you a rough range over the phone based on what you describe, but our firm prices are given on-site after we see the actual volume. Most residential loads fall within predictable ranges — call (631) 464-0272 for a phone estimate.
Do you offer discounts for large jobs?
For large multi-truck or recurring commercial jobs, we offer volume pricing. Contact us at (631) 464-0272 to discuss your project scope.
