1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing scrapit.io or scheduling, booking, or receiving any Service from Scrap-It! Junk Removal (“Scrap-It!,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a Service.

2. Services

Scrap-It! provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in the New York metropolitan area, including Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, and surrounding communities. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling windows are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number when requesting a quote or booking a service, you consent to receive SMS messages from Scrap-It Technologies regarding appointment confirmations, job status updates, crew dispatch notifications, and follow-up messages related to your service.

• Message frequency varies based on your job activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly using the information in Section 7.
• Scrap-It! will not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Prices provided online or by phone are estimates based on your description of the load. The final price may be adjusted on-site after our crew assesses the actual volume and accessibility of the items. We will not begin work without your approval of the final on-site price.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change and we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scrap-It! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service appointment shall not exceed the amount paid for that appointment.
